Stayed in a dorm with a balcony! Wow. Loved chilling in the shared lounge and enjoyed sipping drinks at the bar. Also, the garden and terrace were simply divine!

I had an amazing time at this beach hostel in Negombo! From the moment I arrived, the manager went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. He even lent me a bicycle and helped me plan my itinerary around Sri Lanka. His tips and recommendations have been spot on so far. The location of the hostel couldn't be better, right on the beach and in a lovely neighborhood. The room was clean and tidy, and I appreciated having both a fan and AC. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Sea Sands Beach in Negombo. The location was perfect, with numerous restaurants and pubs right downstairs, and the beautiful beach just a few steps away. We especially enjoyed the Italian restaurant with live music, which had a stunning terrace overlooking the beach and sunset. The owner was incredibly caring and flexible, and the rooms were spotlessly clean, including the bathroom. We highly recommend this place to other travelers looking for great value for money.

During my visit, there was a lack of activity in the area due to the ongoing unrest in the city. Many of the shops and restaurants were closed temporarily, which was a bit disappointing.
